You don’t need prior experience with Canva. There is an entire module that will cover from the basics to more advanced design tricks and tools to create great designs. But if you have previous experience with Canva, it will be beneficial!

You can follow the lessons with a Canva free account, but some features in the DTG program can only be fully used with a Canva Pro account – such as the Brand Essential Packs and the Canva templates which contain Pro elements.

If you’re going to be using Canva to help grow your business, I do think it’s worth the upgrade to Canva Pro. Canva Pro has many time-saving features and tools to help you design better and faster. With Canva Pro huge elements and templates library, you will find pretty much everything you need for your designs without having to go elsewhere.

If you’re not sure if Canva Pro is for you, then I recommend that you follow the course on a free trial so that you can test everything that you learn and make your decision later.

While it may be possible to follow using Canva on your mobile phone, the course doesn’t offer any lessons specifically for Canva mobile app. It’s recommended to work in Canva from a laptop or desktop screen.
