You don’t need prior experience with Canva. There is an entire module that will cover from the basics to more advanced design tricks and tools to create great designs. But if you have previous experience with Canva, it will be beneficial!

Designed to Grow was created to help anyone design better graphics in Canva and streamline content creation for Instagram. It was not intednded for advanced graphic designers, but if you work with design and your Canva design skills need an upgrade, then this course can definitely help you.

The Designed to Grow program will guide you on using graphic design to communicate ideas, creating content that looks professional and trustworthy to help your client’s accounts grow. You can follow the lessons with a Canva free account, but some features in the DTG program can only be fully used with a Canva Pro account – such as the Brand Essential Packs and the Canva templates which contain Pro elements.

If you’re going to be using Canva to help grow your business, I do think it’s worth the upgrade to Canva Pro. Canva Pro has many time-saving features and tools to help you design better and faster. With Canva Pro huge elements and templates library, you will find pretty much everything you need for your designs without having to go elsewhere.

If you’re not sure if Canva Pro is for you, then I recommend that you follow the course on a free trial so that you can test everything that you learn and make your decision later.

While it may be possible to follow using Canva on your mobile phone, the course doesn’t offer any lessons specifically for Canva mobile app. It’s recommended to work in Canva from a laptop or desktop screen.

If you don’t have a brand identity in place, or if you’re not happy with the one you’ve got, you can choose one of the pre-made Brand Essential Packs to customise for your business. Add your business name, swap the colours, pick your own fonts and you have a beautiful brand identity, ready to start using.

Absolutely, the live sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the course platform so that you can watch them whenever you want.

You will have access to the course content for one full year, to count form the date of purchase.

You can watch from your mobile phone, it works from your browser on any device. But I highly recommend watching from a bigger screen like a laptop or desktop.

The course is self-paced, meaning you can do it at your own time. The lessons are recorded and broken down into engaging modules.

There will also be live sessions on Youtube every month for us to go through specific topics and tutorials, and you can get your questions answered live.
