Do I need to have a Canva Pro account to order my templates?
A Canva Pro account is recommended, as Canva Pro has a lot more options of elements (fonts, graphics, photos).
But if you’re not planning on paying for a Canva Pro account subscription, just tell us in the brief and we’ll work within the Canva free options.
What if I don't have experience with Canva?
Basic Canva experience is required to customise these templates. You will receive a short video showing presenting your templates and briefly showing how to customise them.
If you’re new to Canva and want my guidance on how to use it to upgrade your design skills, you’re invited to join the Designed to Grow program – a content creation training focusing on Canva for Instagram.
What exactly is included in the "Brand Style Guidelines"?
The Brand Style Guidelines is what we include with your templates to show your colour codes, fonts and relevant graphics/illustrations. This will help you complete your Brand look and create posts that are visually consistent and appealing.
If you’re open to it and would like our input on your colour palette and fonts, or if you don’t have those set for your brand yet, we’ll recommend or review your existing ones to achieve best results and to best convey your Brand message.
Logo design or redesign is not included.
What content formats are included?
The templates are designed in Canva for Instagram to showcase your brand in a professional way, aiming to increase your engagement and improve your online presence on socials. To get multiple formats covered, we’ll create a mix of reel covers, carousel posts and static posts — you’ll have the chance to tell us what you’re looking for.
Video templates for reels are not included.
Will my templates come with photos and fonts I can use?
YES! Your templates will come with photos and fonts that you can use for your brand without extra cost. Please note that a Canva Pro account is recommended for a more extensive options of photos, graphics and fonts. The options for a Canva free account are more limited.
How long will it take to get my templates?
We offer the custom Social Media Canva templates so you can show up with your new look on social media pretty quickly! Once you complete the payment and submit the answers, we will get back to you within 5-7 days. To get your new templates ready in a timely manner, we strongly recommend that you are ready to take action when you order, and by that we mean be ready to answer the questions right after you placed the order. Also, be committed to replying to our emails when we contact you for your feedback.
To avoid your templates dragging through time and to get energy flowing and make things happen in your business, we do have a deadline of 21 days for templates to be finalised to count from the date of your order. So please ensure you are ready to make a move prior to making the purchase.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund can only be issued within 48 hours from the order being placed, and only if we haven’t yet started working on your designs. Otherwise we are unable to offer a refund.
